A trip to US office on B visa working 14 -16 hours/day(If fresher after 1 year, senior can go early) They only have freshers and all seniors have left so it is more like college projects from 1-2 year old experienced college freshers. Production always has 6-10 issues per day(all clients are pissed and scold the product every day)

No process, requirements change even on the production release day. Extreme resource crunch and all existing ones are college freshers. Very very high variable pay in CTC, on top only 60-70% of variable will be given. Management expects you to work late night/whole night with no minimum food and cab facility as a courtesy. Extreme price cut-off in office - like turning off AC, no tissues, no cab, etc Except salary don't expect anything.
