I never once felt any sort of resentment or distress when clocking in everyday. This was a great job and was always filled with excitment and problem solving. Communication from Director to CEO never really felt like it landed always. No bereavement leave, No maternity Leave. Lacking in official Holidays for time off. The last time the entire Sales team met in the US was before Covid and never happened again. Your base Salary starts low but can be negotiated. Max pay, regardless of sales performance, is capped. Top Dog award is non existent. Bonus structure currently in place works but is challenging as you do not control your project monetary value always. No commission but maybe in the future. If you cannot handle a lot of stress, maybe this isn't for you. You will have to push on products that are "ready for public" but are missing a lot of testing and additional capabilities. (this was being worked when i left)
