Nice management and team spirit in the vêtions projects

They organize events, not tons of but enough for people who are wiling to socialize (I'm a not huge fan though cause I think French are kinda weird to deal with but it might my very own personal issues). I'd say people working there are generally okay even though I did spend about 99.5% of my time in a French Corporate Investment Bank (aka the client) so can't tell much about what's going on a regular daily basis at the HQ. They give proper trainings about finance and some specific technical fields (e.g. DevOps), unlike a lot of consulting firms. Package-wise it was okay, could get more in a regular company but wanted to see what was like to work a consultant / contractor / whatever you want to name it. The hiring process leverages the RD department so they make sure the people they are targeting are technically okay for the missions on the customer site (requiring another bunch of interviews rounds), again, unlike many other consulting firms.

Still a consulting firm with sales bragging a bit too much (I'm a RD material... so bear that in mind just wanted to give a try to the French consulting world). That being said, I've seen much worse.
