The company cares about the employees, provides flexibility and invests in their education. The team is young and diverse. Everyone gets along and is willing to help. There is great collaboration and communication between remote offices and with clients.

This is not a place for everyone. It is a place for people who value training and work hard for continuous growth. At times you will be on the bench, but there are always opportunities to learn more and get certifications during that time.

I can’t think of any.

Where to start. Leadership brought on a VC and everything has been messed up. They laid a ton of people off, no severance, no nothing. They do not know what they are doing and making decisions that are ruining the company. Healthcare is bad. Vacation is bad. Leadership is bad. They get rid of people and don’t provide severance or anything.
