The company offered fair pay and decent overtime opportunities. The work environment was organized and professional, and training was clear. I had to leave for personal reasons, otherwise I would have gladly stayed longer.

Performance metrics were closely monitored, which may not suit everyone. Limited interaction with coworkers since most communication was virtual.
