Senior leadership is inundated with old white males with few advancement opportunties for Persons of color/citizens of global south countries. Most colleagues and managers are more concerned about political lobbying and claiming TA/DAs and stipends over genuinely serving our beneficaries and mobile populations HR, IT, Finance and Procurement are super inefficient and seldom fulfill their roles as support functions to staff - millions of donor's funds wasted and accountability is seldom there I have worked with the org for over 10 years in country, RO and HQ
