Its all about numbers now, which in the current market situation is understandable but the guys on the floor churning out the projects are the last of upper managements concerns (this is how we FEEL at least even if its not true). The old culture of ION being somewhere you would enjoy coming to work has completely gone, no employee appreciation, no nothing, we just continue to get less and less for the same job. Over the last few years the number of VP and SVP roles has exploded, the organization is too top heavy. Our technologies are dated.
