No career growth path. Your role and designation will never change. You will be forced to work in one role for the entire span. Don't expect variety and innovation in work Such works are reserved only for elite people in Italy. There is absolutely no source of motivation in this company that drives you to be performant. Whatever you do for them you will get peanuts in increments. You will laugh when they declare your year-end bonus. Just too let you know what this company is when you receive chocolates as Diwali gifts half of the box will be filled with dry grass. Company believes team events are waste of money and time, so they have removed all such allowance after they acquired our company. I can keep on writing in the section it but ending here.
