1. Some incompetent managers try to micro-manage. 2. Only 2-3 people in HR department for 300+ employees. You can imagine the work being done on employee friendly policies. 3. Old tech stack and architecture. I realised it after I joined another company and saw the tech being used there. 4. Separate policies and work methods for Indian and people abroad in the same role. Indian office is nothing but a place for cheap labor to the company.
