Easy time, lost lots of people, but the amount of workload didn't increase, just slashed projects

Lots of people left, initially as per C-suite initiative, then many followed the suit for mixed reasons. Didn't even start to hire until very very late and even then with poor results due to lack of time and not being very competitive. Felt like working for a shrinking company. Very corpo-like feeling with strategic goals being only money driven, doing bare minimum when had to and treating most of the individuals like resources while favouring a few. Micro-management from the C-suite No career opportunities in tech
