- Working remotely is one of the two pros left — not much of a pro since many companies now offer remote jobs. Also, higher management was making an effort to make people work from the office entirely, so who knows how long this will be a pro. - Additional Health Care (but no dentist package)

- No salary raises for years. - No annual bonuses. - No plan or idea of how to keep current employees. People are leaving and their positions are not filled, so the remaining employees work twice as hard for the same salary. - No understanding, empathy, or interest of the higher managers toward employees.
