Delayed hikes,minimal bonus,no organisational growth, stubborn product leaders who worked on single products through their career and have no exposure to other products. Hiring in bulk from bunch of private universities and making new hires' life hell. Heard someone leadership team creating divisive comments about different geographies of country. Some experienced employees were threatened that they can be replaced with bunch of new graduates. This creates rift between employees. Morale is at the bottom. Always in silent lay off mode since few years. Leadership team thinks they are the ultimate bosses and pays no attention to ground level reality.
