Where to start? - Worst management team ive ever seen. The managers never acknowledge staff in the office, they treat them with contempt. - The CEO likes to think he can shout and scream at people. The receptionists will frequently get an ear bashing as well as IT staff. I suggest he spends more money on anger management sessions and less on buying private islands (Yes the whole company knows what you are up to in Canouan) - Constant penny pinching, whether its switching to gmail to save money, cutting down all overseas trips, or making people redundant only to later hire graduates or staff from India who they can get at half the price but have none of the skills or experience (some of these staff have to deal with clients, which goes down like a lead balloon) - Poor pay - No payrises or bonuses except for a very few staff. Staff are notified later and later whether they will get anything, this year it was end of May. Always the same story, the business has'nt done well etc. - They are currently running a branding exercise, its embarrassing, the 'brand champions' think its all a joke but have to try and keep a positive head on things and tell staff to help build the company image whist people are being laid off all over the place. - Constant desk moving, whilst i was there I was moved 5 times. There is no reason to this other than management like to move people around to show they are doing something. - I would say 90% of the people working there hate it, they only stay because of habit and are afraid of the unknown. Dont take my advice on the above, look at the other reviews on this website, is it just a select few who have a chip on their shoulder? or is the truth that this company is a disgrace, run by a bunch of idiots who havent a clue really what they are doing? They have software that works but thats it, clients though have had enough and are already moving on...if they can cancel their contracts that is, but thats a whole other story....
