Iobit has a good company culture. There are frequent basketball and computer games, and every friday there is a half hour company-wide meeting.

Unfortunately, as an English language customer service exec (at the time I didn't speak Chinese) there were some problems with communication of responsibilities. Also, the disorganized nature of the work meant long hours with little to do followed by quick marathons of activity.
