The few good people that really did care about helping you become successful as possible (which is not very successful.) The catered lunches were nice and the flexibility allowed to deal with your personal life, there was a few individuals especially the office manager that really cared and saw the employees as people and not dollar signs.

I felt like my entire employment was a con and I wish that I followed my gut during my first week of employment and got out. I, as many different employees who have quit or been fired, have spoken up stating we were promised a license reimbursement fee of $250.00 after we completed the class and obtained our state license and that was a lie. I accepted a position at $8.00 because I was sold on the job by someone who only knows how to sell and is very good at doing it but very bad on training it. We were promised training the week after we received our state licenses but instead we were thrown in the shark tank and reprimanded when desired success was not achieved. The promised training did not occur for an entire month but our sales expectation of $75,000 in 90 days was not being extended. If you like a job where you make minimum money for minimum work then this is the job for you because all you do is sit at an extremely tiny cubicle and talk to voicemails, the same voicemails over and over and over again (that was not an exaggerated effect but the truth.) If you don't quit, expect to be fired because the turn over rate is extremely high.
