      Toxic culture - its awful working here Headcount permanently squeezed to a ridiculously low level...even for advertising agency standards. We have nobody to do the work, we always deliver late, client is unhappy ECD is an absolute bellend and a bully - literlally one of the worst people I have ever met in an agency, rude, abrupt, incompetent No training or onboarding
