Many employees are covering multiple roles, which leads to burnout and reduced quality over time. Leadership alignment is inconsistent, and priorities can shift quickly without clear communication or follow-through. Heavy reliance on relationships and informal networks instead of clear systems and accountability. This can make it hard to get decisions made or move work forward efficiently. Global integration is a stated goal, but in practice regions feel disconnected with uneven support and coordination. Many regions act as if they do not want to be part of a global team.
