The constant micromanagement and toxic culture will ultimately sink IPS. So much potential that is being squandered by a lack of strategy and vision. You will be disrespected. You will be talked down to. You will be given very little reason to perform or succeed. Make your same, tired daily phone calls and you might stay under the radar. Commercial Sales and Marketing are in complete disarray with no cohesiveness between the two. Outside Sales is full of people content with where they are, with no motivation to build accounts and find new business for the company. This is a company still operating in the past with very odd company policies and no idea how the modern corporate office operates and functions. The turnover rate at IPS is insane. Very few employees make it 1 year on the job. The COO, and his brother, are probably the most unqualified people to be running a company of this size. Neither understand working with people, and neither will ever have the competency to make the company what it could be.
