If you like to work in a company with no clear directions, no training, very few SOPs, travels frequently with no clear purpose, having global team that couldn't careless about teams at local level (unless you are in France and to some extend Europe) which translates to almost hardly any TC ever in any given month, no career progression then this is the company for you.

If you want to excel in your career, you want to learn the most efficient way of doing things, goal oriented, like to achieve something that is meaningful, and you are not French, then this is not the company for you

High leadership turnover and lack of transparency and direction. A few toxic individuals are running the show, promoting inexperienced employees at the expense of competent ones.
