Ipsen is actively investing in its R&D, and there are many exciting projects for scientists in this industry.

The high level of change in recent years has led to increased numbers of change projects which can take up a lot of peoples' time, and which in the short term are producing additional burden, but the results are starting to be seen and this should ease off.

High leadership turnover and lack of transparency and direction. A few toxic individuals are running the show, promoting inexperienced employees at the expense of competent ones.
