-Beauracratic and ineffective systems and processes. -Poor product pipeline, unclear how the “bold promise” will be achieved. -No clear career progression pathway for ex-Paris employees. -Uninspiring and disempowering leadership that encourage bown-nosing as the only way to get ahead. -Highly demanding and unrealistic deadlines, with no reward or recognition for outstanding performance. -A general atmosphere of distrust and skapegoating.

The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

None, I cannot think of one pro.

The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
