Opportunities Galore! They make commercial drug substance, sterile drug products, and have a big RandD presence. I have been working at the Ipsen manufacturing site for three years. If you work hard here, the career opportunities just keep on coming. They have paid for loads of external training, and have really helped me develop my confidence and my career. They continue to invest in my future. I am not a naturally confident person and don’t excel where people are always fighting each other to get to the top so I was pleased not to have that experience here. The company has a great culture - there is always loads going on, and a lot of support and good communications from the corporate functions. It’s a recognised great place to work. The benefits are phenomenal - pension, medical care, financial advice, annual healthcare allowance, cycle to work, a decent shopping discounts scheme. The sports and social club is very heavily subsidised and has brilliant events. Good canteen. The list goes on.

Very few. People just leave the company sometimes without any notice/announcement which is a bit disconcerting.

The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
