Unfortunately, the constant turnover of upper management has created a culture that is best describes as nebulous and inefficient. It is quite apparent that individuals come to IPSEN US to gain a brief experience before moving on to major pharmaceutical companies. Thus, IPSEN has become a training ground. There is rarely an opportunity for promotion at IPSEN US. Currently the company has an unbelievable number of contractors on the payroll.

High leadership turnover and lack of transparency and direction. A few toxic individuals are running the show, promoting inexperienced employees at the expense of competent ones.
