They treat humans very badly. It can all start very nice, but quite fast, HR and top management can use the opportunity to take advantage of yourself. Bad contractual practices, worst work-life balance, non meaningful projects. There is a French male sexism quite set in the organisation. If you are a women and not french you shouldn’t join

High leadership turnover and lack of transparency and direction. A few toxic individuals are running the show, promoting inexperienced employees at the expense of competent ones.
