A medium sized company feeling, colleagues (not including senior management in Paris) put their best into their work and are dedicated; management knows employees names so, you are not anonymous.

Svantaggi

A culture that rewards lying to benefit oneself at the expense of others. Limited pipeline. Limited/no opportunities for advancement. Too top-heavy an organization. Either you are one of the 'chosen' few or you are not. The feeling that US based employees can be treated however the company desires (they don't have the strict legal rules as in Europe) whether right or wrong.

High leadership turnover and lack of transparency and direction. A few toxic individuals are running the show, promoting inexperienced employees at the expense of competent ones.
