      The culture on site is wonderful and vibrant. People that are there care. Location and office is beautiful. Benefits are good but lots have been reduced. Most people are very kind.

      Leadership is not held accountable for the same standards as everyone else even if they are the ones implementing those standards. The politics are exhausting. Onboarding was a mismatched mess. No one explains anything and it feels like you are dropped in the middle and expected to just figure everything out.

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      None, I cannot think of one pro.

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
