Unfortunately, studies show that people are more likely to write comments on their former employer after having a disappointing experience, if any. This is one of the reasons why employers may suffer from a poor online reputation, even though most other employees have a positive experience but don’t take the time to share it. Being conscious of this, we, at IQS, have decided to focus on people who enjoy their journey with the company and in this regard, we have launched several initiatives to recognize those who decide to join and stay with us.
We are sorry to read that your time with us was not a success and we appreciate you shared your views. It will definitively help us being better although we know we can’t please everyone.
As far as to LinkedIn goes, it is a public platform that most of us use, whether it is for employers, employees, candidates or anyone else who wants to be kept up to date on what is going on in the market.
