You'll have the opportunity to speak with senior managers, executives and thought leaders. The work is interesting, you don't work on a topic long enough to get bored of it, and your focus within the topic is on the latest developments. Great work culture, fast moving and busy environment. Learning on the job, you're expected to learn fairly quickly and are trusted with making decisions. This being said the senior producers will schedule catch ups and are always happy to take the time to give you some guidance and feed back if you need it.

Not many options as far as an upward career trajectory within the company, especially if you're starting as a producer (though there is potential to relocate internationally). However, you will learn many useful skills very quickly that will serve you well if you move on. You're going to be overwhelmed if you go into the role not expecting a challenge. The work isn't technically complex but you're responsible for delivering a product on a fairly strict time frame, and though there's a process, things aren't always straightforward.
