If you can navigate the chaos and survive until your first event you will get to travel and meet some very senior executives from the world's largest companies. If you are fresh out of college you will quickly gain some business accumen to find a real career. If you get assigned to the right middle manager your time here will be much more pleasant and rewarding.

If you have any work experience, morality, self-discipline, common sense or set earnings expectations you have to leave them at the door to keep from losing your mind. Suggestions and advice are not only not appreciated they seem to be despised. Inconsistent, negative and derogatory feedback is to be expected daily. Different levels of accountability and expectation based upon looks and gender are also part of standard management practiced in this organization. You are expected to become a call center parrot, but not expected to sound like one. The environment is very much a boiler room, while the concept of the product is very valuable the execution and antiquated mind-set of management makes this an impossible place for most people to spend more than a few months without burning out or getting thrown out. This could become a modern efficient organization that is useful in the 21st century but that would require a regime change and major culture shift.
