The company shows a pattern of behaviour to stop employees from getting a market-fair salary under the guise of technicalities. From delaying annual hikes to the final quarter of the year, stopping the Impact rewards program (where if an employee won multiple big awards - they only gave the smallest one and cancelled the rest) to stopping already approved promotions just because they stalled it long enough for the employee to leave (on top of regular low one digit annual increments) - the company and the management does everything in their power to weed out meritocracy and reward mediocrity.

- Great work / life balance, leadership wonderful dependent on team, collaborative coworkers, everyone try to help each other

- internal processes too long, hard to progress career if you are not loyal to certain leaders, sometimes we get in our own way to service our customers, internal bottlenecks between sales and delivery at times. If you are someone who likes to follow processes this is a good place, if you are someone who thinks outside of the box and pushes the envelope of change for betterment or more efficiency - you could be frustrated
