They were the best in the industry at understanding the market, asking the right questions, anticipating client needs, delivering high quality work, working hard, and professionalism and respect. People that worked there were truly part of something special.

Leadership that plays favorites, ignores real issues with the management and staff, tolerates unprofessional people, no vision, no sales capability, poor delivery capability, entitled delivery team that thinks the world is owed to them, and a senior leadership that doesn't care to address anything real, content with letting good people leave this group because it's too troublesome to kick out the toxic seniors and poor performers and hold people accountable.
