Profits over people, IMS came in and ruined Q and our culture. The CEO only cares about how much money we can make and nothing about the people at the bottom actually doing the work so he can make his millions. Work life balance is terrible, home based employees do not get printers anymore, no docking stations for new computers, travel plan was slashed in half - now my people have to stay in 1-2 star hotels when they were used to staying in 4-5 star, benefits are laughable. 4 weeks mat leave are you kidding me? No domestic partner benefit (is that even legal). Pharmacy coverage has a clause that states "Where allowed by state laws" so some of it isn't even legal in most states. They don't care about any of their people and know that they are as replaceable as the next.
