      The best reasons to work for Quintiles is their benefits to it's employees. They are very concerned about your health and well being. They offer partially paid gym memberships, yearly health checkups, The health insurance is great and has a true fight on Cancer.

      Quintiles does not care about it's employees when it comes to work. They will save themselves from a customer before they will back you as an employee.Quintiles in Atlanta is the poster stepchild for Quintiles. I've heard that the work life is not that bad in Kansas or North Carolina and some of the other countries that Quintiles is in.

If you are someone who likes to follow processes this is a good place, if you are someone who thinks outside of the box and pushes the envelope of change for betterment or more efficiency - you could be frustrated
