No work-life balance. No exposure to nee technologies. They do not conduct any trainings for employees. Managers sitting here from the time when the company was called as Cegedim and now they think they will rule. No professional behaviour by manager. If there is a need to 5 members, manager will recruit 7 members. Out of which 5 will be from their native and rest 2 they will recruit to overload them. They check on in and out timings and even on lunch/coffee/washroom breaks. HRs are just puppets of managers.
