The HR is aware about these manager but does not want to take any action to improve the situation • Employee satisfaction surveys are done only to check the box and there is no action plan for the feedback given • HR talks about benefits like bereavement assistance, childbirth gift, marriage gift during offer and orientation but never pays this money • Bonus and merit increase is very low
