Managers use PIPs to force employees to quit, even when PIPs are unfounded and goals are unrealistic. 4. The company is a dog eat dog environment. Building relationships with coworkers is discouraged. Team members are not encouraged to share responsibilities or experience. 5. The turnover rate is absurd. Most employees quit after 1 year.
