They have a huge communication problem. They don't have any structure: they work mostly by email, no tools, or if they have one, they don't use it! The boss never say good morning or talk to people on the floor. He communicate mostly by email with no greeting, just writing bullets list in bold and red color! They don't care about their employee: no support and the employees have no idea what they are doing and neither the management. They don't know how to manage and build a website. They are located in an industrial park, so there's not much to do outside, and there is no room inside except a small kitchen, toilets and your desk.
