Very closed academic world - Recensione dipendente - Post Doctoral Fellow presso IRCM

No possibility to have a permanent job here. Group managers are not very aware of the current reality of job opportunities after a PhD or a post-doc. They seems to think that everybody will find a job in academic research and they don't want to hear about careers in industry, it sounds like a betrayal for them ! Anyway they don't really care about our future, they just want students for cheap work in their lab.
