This is a good place to learn about the CPG industry, what metrics move it, and how it is analyzed. Your experience will be highly dependent on your client and your team lead. Even if it isn't optimal, this is still a very good place to be exposed to the business

Most of the move up the ladder on the client side involved having a revenue goal outside of the contract for each client. Meeting this goal or not is most of your performance review at these levels, despite the client's input. Also, Private Equity owned, so you will have a series of presidents from the Equity firm, each with new adgendas.
