Very bad governance with management

There are actually no pros on working in this company

The company is dead inside, all the employees are running away especially in the technical departments. The management is completely uninterested in the company and just arguing how to spend money and not solving any problem. No career capabilities. Everything is done with the "less cost as possible" philosophy with the result of release crap every time
