-No Benefits -No Equipment Provided (Laptop/Desktop) -Low Salary, High Workload -Salary Always delayed -Still Contractual After 6 months -Poor Management -Work is repetitive and boring

- Work From Home - Provided internet allowance (divided into internet allowance + government contributions) - Paid VL and SL (5 each for the whole year)* - might not be the same case for new hires

- No Equipment provided - No Other Benefits (paid leaves only) - Still need to work during holidays (most of the time) - Delayed Salary (happened twice now, still waiting as of writing for the remaining 3 payroll) :(
