We run a companywide annual salary review process each autumn using external benchmarking data to ensure our pay levels remain competitive with the market rate. Career progression is also hugely important to us, which is why we recently launched skills assessments to provide transparency on growth pathways. We also offer our Elevate development program, funded learning qualifications, and our High Potential Programme, as well as internal mobility opportunities to support employees in advancing their careers. We also invest heavily in our dedicated leadership pathways to ensure managers at all levels have the skills to motivate and inspire their teams. These programs include CMI-accredited courses and our “Managing with IMPACT” initiative, designed to equip managers with ongoing coaching, practical tools, and communication training to maintain high standards of leadership across the business.
