As many have said, where do you start. I feel damaged for working here, it's that abusive. So many problems, mostly around how they treat their staff. HR are too inexperienced so they just follow the orders of the abusing senior management in implementing a regime of misery and humiliation. The slightest error by an employee, including saying you are unhappy to a colleague and they slam you with a performance improvement program. This "non-disciplinary" step to help you will see you automatically disqualified for bonus, pay rise and gets a does not meet expectation appraisal. If you don't shape up you are out. I didn't get one, but as a manager I was forced to manage these PIPs for two of my staff, who's only crime was to be unhappy at the unfair treatment handed out from above. As a manager you have absolutely no authority to make any decision, you are micromanaged to the max by these clowns.
