We have recently launched Peakon, a tool which enables all our employees to provide immediate feedback to their managers and senior leaders on all things IRIS, allowing team members to get their valuable ideas heard in real time. We have also restructured the sales teams to create teams of experts dedicated to understanding and sharing specialised knowledge of each sector across the Sales function. This has already had a fantastic impact and we look forward to seeing it develop in the coming year.
