We are also delighted to have rewarded one of our commercial team members with an electric scooter as part of the range of incentives and competitions we run throughout the year. This year, we are also excited to see our Elite Club winners be rewarded with a luxury trip to Las Vegas! We also encourage employee feedback through Peakon, our monthly engagement survey. This tool enables employees to share their ideas with managers and senior leaders in real time, allowing them to respond to comments immediately and act on ideas and. So that our employees are enabled to immediately make an #IMPACT. We are delighted that since its launch, employees shared more than 50,000 comments and managers posted over 42,000 updates, responses, and follow-up questions.
