We appreciate IRIS is a large and fast-paced organisation and we work hard to ensure that everyone feels part of the family and has a clear understanding of our goals and plans for the future. We are proud to communicate our strategies and priorities to our employees across the globe through our monthly company update, presented by our Executive team, through weekly emails sent out by our CEO, Elona, and newsletters that celebrate our achievements and signpost our upcoming processes and events.
We are also delighted to have formally launched our Meet Free Friday initiative, which encourages all our employees to avoid scheduling recurring meetings on a Friday so that we can promote long-term value adding projects, focus on team development, and plan for the upcoming week.
