We also offer pay scales in select departments and operate a range of generous bonus and commission to recognise and reward hard work. We work together with Heads of Function and Senior Management to assign consistent increases using best practises and standardised rules and our managers receive extensive training on how salaries are decided. We’re delighted to have recently launched our Career Framework which provides a clear pathway for progression with levels for each function. In 2022, we ran courses attended by 1,280 employees, including multiple day programmes, compliance courses, and departmental training.
