Beware of working at any campus (10 in all) and if you are a gambling sort and willing to give this agency a shot be very careful of where you place yourself. If you are interviewed by your potential manager interview him/her with the same zeal that they will interview you. Also note the government seemingly hates all federal employees these days. Best of luck to all who venture to the IRS. There's been a hiring freeze for a number of years and when they do get budget for new hires they tend to hire more managers (just who are they managing?). Assuming you are not connected look elsewhere (also Washington DC is the best place to seek a federal career).
