Thank you for your honest review of ISGF. We recognize and acknowledge the shortcomings of our Marketing Department and repeatedly requested that a more strategic and "Client-Centric" approach be taken with solid and proven marketing strategies that benefit all of our customers. Unfortunately, the internal leadership in place at that time that we charged with this initiative repeatedly missed the mark, and for that we apologize. At ISGF, we strive to provide a work environment and culture that not only challenges our Team Members, but provides an opportunity to grow, develop, and further enhance their skill sets. Your feedback above is one of the many reasons we have decided internally to make major changes to our marketing department and marketing team. We understand the value and importance of having the right leadership on the team means not just for the organization, but also our employees and their development as well as workplace satisfaction.
