Additional benefits are low (super low food vouchers, the lack of integration trips or events outside an office, an employee has to fully cover benefit card if she/he wants to participate). After a while tasks seem to be repetitive. It is possible to get a promotion but it is necessary to wait quite long at one position. Additionally, payrises are not high and in general salaries could be better.
